A creative with a flair for the dramatics, I have always found myself fascinated with storytelling and in particular storytelling through animation.
I am entry level creative with experience professionally pitching my own IP as well as directing my own creative team, I am always looking to grow my experience through learning from others and would love nothing more than to be in a studio

PITCH DEVELOPMENT
In 2023 I pitched a concept called 'The Graveyard Shift' at the Dingle Film Festival, The following year (2024) I was selected as one of six to pitch my idea to a panel of industry judges and an audience of those who were attending the festival, Since pitching I have gone on to be offered a shopping contract by Victura Media LTD Where I gained experience in pitching to studios such as, Warner bros, Cartoon Network, Studio Meala, The BBC and RTE.
This part of my portfolio is dedicated to the on going work I have done to develop this pitch, Independently outside of my shopping agreement. I have taken liberty of separating this work into 2 sections.

STORY CONCEPT
Every story starts somewhere. When I first started this project I started it completely alone to enter 'The Big Pitcher' in Dingle Film Fest (2023) (2024), It was a concept I had tucked away in an old note book when I was a teenager and found it again in time for the festival, The concept was changed ALOTT and so I started rewriting the story, Adding new characters and visualising using story beats.
I set out to write a pilot script, However I was very new to the writing scene, So a writer friend of mine offered to teach me how to format, and from that, Many drafts later. I wrote two scripts, One 22 minute script and one 11 minute script to show that the show could work in different formats depending on which studio showed interest and their own independent ideals for a shows length.
From Dingle I was introduced to a distributor from VICTURA LTD. Who offered me an agreement to shop the show, For that I would need an improved pitch deck and bible as well as a proof of concept.

I did what I could to bring this idea to life, But I reached a point where the project would benefit from outside help, So I saved my money and decided to commission artists to be brought onto the team to improve the artistic direction of the show.
The team brought with them more structure and a more cohesive style, A pilot was too ambitious to do alone and so I decided to downscale first and create a team to build the pitch/Create a proof of concept through a teaser trailer.
To begin the hunt for the development and production team I created two google forms and promoted them on socials, Thus beginning the team aspect of this project

Through meeting's I
separated out each task that needed to be done and who to leave them with.
To ensure the team were all on the same page, I created a Discord server so everyone could keep in contact easier and see each others progress.
I also set up a shared google drive so everyone would have access to the assests they needed and their own seperate folder to keep their files.
Finally, I created individual assignment PDF'S for everyone on the team going in depth on each of their assignments, giving them storyboards, concept sketches, Listing their deadlines and anything else they may need for their given assignment.
